Power Player… On the First DAY?

“You’ve got mail” might not be heard much by computer users anymore, but AOL has not completely been banished to the four winds, yet.  The feeling that comes with having exciting or important emails will always feel like that old, mechanical pronouncement.  Letters in the mail used to have that effect, but I believe that most of us enjoy that immediate response that computer mail brings.

I received one such email, today.  I have been invited to teach a class to Cub Scout Leaders on the art of Story and Skit for the Great Salt Lake Council in November!  A volunteer job to be sure, but one that I am pleased to accept.  To quote Into the Woods, “Opportunity is not a lengthy visitor.”  Let’s make him comfortable, shall we?
